Scope of Activity

This Joint Service performs also other tasks related to:

• Financial-accounting issues for the organs and bodies of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina
• Keeps records on real-estates disposed by Federal bodies
• Maintenance of apartments related to official service, i.e. related to performance of certain duties
  
• Investment and current maintenance of the Governmental buildings, office premises, installations, furniture, and of other facilities owned by the Federal bodies
• Maintenance of IT, electronic and office equipment and appliances
• Audio-recording of the Government Sessions, transcripts, printing of written material
• Internal guard service in the Governmental buildings at disposal of, or used by the Federal Bodies, if such guard service is not organized in other manner
• Catering services in the internal restaurants and cafes of the Governmental premises used by the Federal bodies, if such service s are not organized in other manner
• Transport by airplane and helicopters of the Federal top officials
• Transport by the official vehicles, garaging, and maintaining of those vehicles, if it is not organized in other manner
• Cleaning of the business and other premises

This Service, when necessary, performs other designated tasks that by their nature fall under scope of joint services.
