Scope of Activity

Office for Cooperation and Representation before the Human Rights Commission under the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina carries out the tasks related to representation of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina before the Human Rights Commission as legal successor of the Human Rights Chamber established pursuant to the Agreement according to the Annex VI of the General Peace Agreement, ensures implementation of the Chamber’s decisions, that is, decisions of the Commission itself and carries out other tasks aimed at implementation of the Annex VI by the Federation as a party to the Agreement, provides all relevant information to the Human Rights Commission and cooperates with it, and also carries out all other tasks entrusted to it by the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
