Organizational Structure

• Under the Federal Directorate of Commodity Reserves there are three principal organizational units, as follows: Cabinet of Director, Sector of Commodity Reserves and Sector for Legal, General and Financial-Accounting Issues. The Sectors as principal organizational units comprise internal organizational units.
• Under the Sector of Commodity Reserves there are following internal organizational units: Department for Agricultural-Food Products, Department for Non-Food Products and Warehouse (the Warehouse as an internal organizational units is equal to a Group).
• Under the Sector for Legal, General and Financial-Accounting Issues, there are following internal organizational units: Department for Legal and General Affairs, Department for Financial-Accounting Affairs.

Scope of Activity

Federal Directorate of Commodity Reserves in performing its professional and other tasks related to the Federal commodity reserves, enforcement of intervention measures on the market, and balancing of commodities for requirements of the reserves of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, also cooperates with Federal bodies and bodies for commodity reserves in the Cantons.
