Scope

Carries out inspection tasks falling under competence of the Federal Inspections  organized within the Federal Administration for Inspection Issues, enacts regulations for enforcement, general and individual documents covered by its powers, takes administrative and other measures in inspection supervision, decides upon appeals against first instance Decisions of Cantonal Inspectors made pursuant to the Federal regulations, coordinates work of Federal and Cantonal Inspections, monitors work and performs professional supervision and control of work of the Cantonal Inspectors and Administrations for Inspection Issues from the scope awarded to those pursuant to the Federal regulations, provides expert assistance to the Cantonal Administrations for Inspection Issues, enacts programs and plans for conducting inspection supervision by Federal Inspection, approves annual plans and work programs for inspection supervision by the Cantonal Administrations, maintains records on all entities empowered for supervision tasks  in the Federation BiH, maintains records on inspection supervisions performed by Federal Inspectors, maintains records on Federal Inspectors, maintains records on issued official identifications of inspectors, enacts training program for inspectors for the Federation BiH, arranges taking of professional inspector exams in the Federation BiH, participates in drafting Federal regulations concerning inspection supervision, ensures enforcement of the regulations defining competence for enforcement of such regulations enacted by the relevant bodies of Bosnia and Herzegovina and is responsible for enforcement thereof, reports to the bodies of Bosnia and Herzegovina on measures taken, carries out other administrative and professional tasks as set out by the Federal laws and regulations.
