Curriculum Vitae
Since 1987 until 1992 used to be employed with IPSI - Institute for Transport in Sarajevo. He was on the position of the Director General of the Public Company Railways of Bosnia and Herzegovina since 1993 until 1998, when he assumed position of the General Manager in „Energoinvest“ Stock Co. Sarajevo held until 2002. Since 2002 until 2003 he was Adviser of the General Manager of „Energoinvest“ Stock Co. Sarajevo, and since 2003 until 2007 he held position of the Federal Minister of Transport and Communications. He is Senior Assistant Lecturer at the Faculty for Transport and Communications. |
Powers of the Prime Minister:
- Exercising policy and implementation of laws of the Federal Government, which includes ensuring execution of decisions made by the Courts of the Federation;
- Proposing to relieve of duty the President of the Federation, in accordance with Article IV B.3. (2) of the Constitution of the Federation of BiH;
- Proposing and making recommendations in the field of legislation;
- Preparing the budget proposal for the Parliament of the FBiH.

Deputy Prime Ministers are in charge of:
- Carrying out Minister's duties
- Assisting the Prime Minister in implementation of policy and laws of the Federation BiH
- Making decisions whether to request opinion from the Constitutional Court
- Acting as the Prime Minister when the Prime Minister is not able to carry out his duties or when the position of the Prime Minister is vacant until a new Prime Minister assumes the position.
