Born on January 5, 1964 in Vitez, Municipality Pale.
Elementary and Grammar High School education completed in Pale. Bachelor degree and title of Forestry Engineer received from the Faculty of Forestry of the Sarajevo University. Master's degree and academic title of Master of Forestry Science received from the Faculty of Forestry of the Sarajevo University.Previously performed the following duties: Counselor in the Assembly of the City of Sarajevo; Chairman of the Presidency of the Municipality Pale; Mayor of the Municipality Pale-Prača; Representative in the Assembly of the Bosnia-Podrinje Canton of Goražde; Prime Minister of the Bosnia-Podrinje Canton of Goražde; Advisor to Minister for Human Rights and Refugees of Bosnia and Herzegovina; Advisor to the Vice-President of the Federation BiH; Member and Founder of the General Assembly of European Regions with headquarters in Salzburg. Used to be President of the BiH Scouts' Federation and Member of the Board of the Handball Club Goražde.
Member of the Presidency of the Democratic Action Party (SDA) and Member of the SDA Central Committee.
Married, father of two.

Scope of Activity
Federal Ministry of Physical Planning performs administrative, expert and other tasks falling under competence of the Federation BiH related to: planning and improvement of space; policy of land utilization at the Federal level; drafting, enforcing and applying the Physical Plan of the Federation BiH, harmonization of the physical plans of the Cantons with the Physical Plan of the Federation BiH; directing a long-term development in utilization of natural resources; geologic researches; drafting of basic maps – geophysical, seismological, geothermal, minerogenetic, geochemical, geomorphological, and other; preparing geological backgrounds for physical improvements; supervision of appropriate institutions in this sector and other tasks as set out by the applicable legislation.
